More Chess Blogs

Supposedly this Squidoo lens "keeps track of all the chess blogs out there," but it seems pretty short for such an ambitious goal [it does mention the Kenilworthian, though].

I just added a comment requesting that our humble blog be added to their illustrious list, but, in the meantime, check out Takchess Chess Improvement, where a Novice chessplayer works to get better at chess using an improvement program based upon the methods of Michael de la Maza and the teachings of Dan Heisman.

Hey guys, not I don’t mean to revive old posts, but Takchess is actually part of a larger community of “Knights” working through de la Maza’s method of intense tactical trainging.

Blue Devil Knight, the current leader/organizer is a pretty decent amatuer from NC and his blog is…
    http://chessconfessions.blogspot.com/

From there you can jump to other active blogs, though not all of them are knights errant.

    I would recommend:
Blunderprone, B class player, just went to the US open recently

DK Transformation, bullet chess enthusiast, likes to write very long essays on chess and life

Loomis, like DK, he’s not part of the knights but he’s a strong class B player with an active blog

    Cheers

Thanks for the recommendations, Nikola. Another one I enjoy is the Boylston Chess Club Weblog. Hope to see you next Tuesday.
