Greg Keener
I tend to play hypermodern openings and shy away from the classical e4 with white. Raymond Keene would be my hero in that respect, and since my last name is keener... With the white pieces I favor the reti, english, and d4. With the black pieces I like the nimzo, sicilian, and alekhine's defense. I have only been playing chess for six months seriously, but have a 1523 ELO on gameknot and hope to make it to expert in a few years. I live in Brooklyn, nyc, the hometown of bobby fischer and the name of a minor variation in the Alekhine's Defense (1.e4 nf6 2.e5 ng8!?)
